Activate your wristband for smooth entry and unlock extra safety features, such as adding an emergency contact. Next, register for cashless with your Amex® Card or any other credit/debit card. Cashless is the easiest way to pay for food, drinks, merch, and more—all with the tap of your wrist.

Here's How to Register for Cashless

Activate your wristband and register your account with your Amex® Card, or any other credit/debit card. Then set a required PIN for security.
During the festival, order at any food, drink, merch, or vendor and let them know you’re paying with your wristband.
Tap your wristband, enter your PIN, and you’re done!

American Express® Card Members – link your Card to receive a $5 Credit, which will be applied to your festival wristband and can be used for any purchases at ACL Music Festival. Terms Apply.

Reminder: Do not put on or tighten your wristband until you are ready to attend the festival, as they cannot be loosened or removed. If you later require a replacement, there will be a $20 wristband replacement fee.

$5 Spend Credit: Get a one-time $5 Cashless spend credit (“Credit”) applied to your Festival wristband when you register your American Express® Card for ACL Cashless payments. Credit is only valid for the Festival day or weekend for which your wristband was purchased. No Credit will be provided for registrations made after 9:40PM CST on the Sunday of the applicable Festival weekend. If Credit is unused at the end of the Festival weekend, it will be forfeited. Credit may be used for purchases at all on-site merchants at the Festival. Not valid for online purchases. Credit may be combined with other payment methods to make purchases that are greater than $5. Front Gate Cashless Registration Terms, including no refunds and exchanges for purchases made with ACL Cashless payments, also apply. All American Express® Cards are eligible to receive the Credit.
