  1. VIP Grove & Platinum Lounge Hours

    The VIP Grove is open 11AM-10PM, Friday-Sunday.
    The Platinum Lounge is open 11AM-10:30PM, Friday-Sunday.

  2. VIP Grove

    The VIP Grove is a shaded, secluded lounge that features catered lunch and dinner by Central Market, specialty bars and drinks, express spa treatments, relaxed lounge seating and premium restrooms.

  3. VIP Access & Viewing

    VIP ticket holders now have access to a new elevated viewing deck that is located within the VIP Grove! Please note that capacity is limited, and the viewing deck is available on a first-come, first-serve basis. If you are looking for front-of-stage viewing areas separate from general admission, Platinum tickets have access to viewing areas directly in front of five stages.

  4. Platinum Lounge

    The Platinum Lounges is a private air-conditioned lounge and secluded area featuring gourmet fare available throughout the day as well as a full catered dinner from some of Austin’s premier chefs. Guests can also enjoy specialty bars and drinks, express spa treatments and premium restrooms.

  5. Platinum Access & Viewing

    Platinum has access to viewing areas at five stages. These front-of-stage, barricaded areas are standing-room only, and guests can enjoy beer and wine while watching the show.

    On-stage viewing is available at the two main stages. The viewing platforms are subject to artist discretion and available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

    Platinum guests also have an elevated viewing deck within the Platinum Lounge with exceptional views of the main stage and festival grounds.

  6. Can I bring my child with me to the VIP or Platinum Lounge?

    Yes. Children 10 years-old and younger will be admitted free of charge with a ticket-holding adult. Limit 2 children per ticketed adult.

  7. Do you sell 1-Day VIP or Platinum tickets?

    Yes. We sell 1-Day VIP & Platinum Tickets. They will go on-sale later this summer.

  8. Are there different levels of VIP?

    While there are no different levels within VIP, we do offer Platinum Tickets as a separate upgrade from our VIP tickets.

  9. Is there a special entrance for VIP and Platinum guests?

    There are VIP and Platinum lanes at the Barton Springs West Entrance and the Lady Bird Entrance.

    Platinum guests also have access to a separate festival entrance. More details for 2018 coming soon!

  10. Can I upgrade from VIP to Platinum?

    Yes! If you would like to upgrade before the festival, you can contact our ticketing partner, Front Gate tickets at http://support.frontgatetickets.com or call 888-512-SHOW, and have your original order number and information handy.

    The cost to upgrade from VIP to Platinum is the difference in ticket price. You can upgrade a single-day VIP ticket to a single-day Platinum ticket, and a 3-day VIP ticket to a 3-day Platinum ticket. You can also upgrade on-site at the festival box office or in the VIP Grove.

  11. Do I have to pay for anything inside of VIP or Platinum?

    Platinum ticket holders enjoy a long list of amenities as part of their ticket price: all-day dining and beverages, golf cart shuttle to the stages, lockers with charging stations, WiFi, spa treatments and more. The VIP ticket includes dining and beverages in the VIP Grove, spa treatments and other special perks from our partners. Platinum and VIP guests also have access to beer and wine from the VIP-Platinum Bar in the main festival grounds.

  12. Do you offer group discounts?

    We do not offer group discounts of any kind, but we can absolutely facilitate a large ticket order for the price per ticket listed on our website. For more information on group ticket purchase, please contact VIP@aclfestival.com or Platinum@aclfestival.com.

  13. Do you offer a layaway plan?

    We do offer a layaway plan for your wristband to the festival. The layaway plan option can be selected during the transaction process online. For more information about the layaway plan, and existing orders on a layaway plan, please contact our official ticket provider, Front Gate Tickets via http://support.frontgatetickets.com or call 888-512-SHOW.

  14. Wristband Information

    You will receive ONE wristband for a 3-Day Platinum ticket and ONE wristband for a 3-day VIP ticket purchase. You will receive ONE wristband for each 1-Day Platinum or VIP ticket purchase.

    Scanners are usually on your right when you enter/exit. So we recommend placing the wristband on your right wrist for your convenience. But, of course, it’s up to you.

    Your wristband is already activated for festival entry. However, we strongly encourage wristband registration so that the RFID is personally linked to you in case of any issues. An activation link will be sent closer to the festival. Also, don’t forget to sign up for ACL Cashless- it’s the easy way to pay for goods, grub, merch and more with the tap of a wrist!

    All of our tickets are non-refundable and non-transferrable. This policy is to ensure reliability and legitimacy of each ticket sold.

    We require all ticket buyers to retrieve their tickets personally and bring corresponding identification. If alternate arrangements are necessary due to an unforeseen issue, please contact VIP@aclfestival.com or Platinum@aclfestival.com to request an accommodation.
