  1. VIP Grove & Platinum Lounge Hours

    The VIP Grove is open 11AM-10PM, Friday-Sunday.
    The Platinum Lounge is open 11AM-10:30PM, Friday-Sunday.

  2. What is the VIP Grove?

    The VIP Grove is a shaded private lounge back-of-house for VIP ticket-holders. The Grove features catered lunch and dinner, specialty bars and drinks, mini spa treatments, relaxed seating & air-conditioned restrooms.

  3. VIP Access & Viewing

    VIP Tickets do not have viewing at or near any of the stages. If you are looking for a viewing area separate from General Admission, Platinum Tickets have access to viewing areas separate from General Admission directly in front of the main stages.

  4. Platinum Lounge

    The Platinum Lounge is a private air-conditioned lounge and area with gourmet food, drinks, shaded seating & air-conditioned restrooms. Gourmet food options will be available throughout the day.

  5. Platinum Viewing Areas

    Exclusive Platinum viewing areas are available at each of the main stages. These viewing areas are barricaded, standing room only viewing pockets directly in front of the stages. Side-stage areas at the American Express and Honda Stages are first come first served. Check out the map for additional reference.

  6. Will I have stage access with my VIP or Platinum Ticket?

    Stage access is not available. Platinum viewing areas are designed to be the best seat in the house. It doesn’t get any better than front row!

  7. Can I bring my child with me to the VIP or Platinum Lounge?

    Yes. Children 10 years-old and younger will be admitted free of charge with a ticket-holding adult. Limit 2 children per ticketed adult.

  8. Wristband Information

    You will receive one wristband for EACH DAY of a 3-Day Platinum ticket or VIP Ticket purchase, and ONE wristband for each 1-Day Platinum or VIP Ticket purchase.

    Scanners are usually on your right when you enter/exit. So, we recommend placing the wristband on your right wrist for your convenience. But, of course, it’s up to you.

    Your wristband is already activated for festival entry. However, we strongly encourage wristband registration so that the RFID is personally linked to you in case of any issues. An activation link will be sent closer to the festival. When you activate, don’t forget to register for ACL Cashless – it’s the easy way to pay for goods, grub, merch and more with the tap of a wrist!

    All of our tickets are non-refundable and non-transferrable. This policy is to ensure reliability and legitimacy of each ticket sold.

    We require all ticket buyers to retrieve their tickets personally and bring corresponding identification. If alternate arrangements are necessary due to an unforeseen issue, please contact VIP@aclfestival.com or Platinum@aclfestival.com to request an accommodation.

  9. Do you sell 1-Day VIP or Platinum tickets?

    Yes. We sell 1-Day VIP & Platinum Tickets. Please note 3-Day VIP & Platinum Tickets are now one 3-Day wristband.

  10. Do you offer group discounts?

    We do not offer group discounts of any kind, but we can absolutely facilitate a large ticket order for the price per ticket listed on our website. For more information on group ticket purchase, please contact VIP@aclfestival.com or Platinum@aclfestival.com.

  11. Do you offer a payment plan?

    We do offer a payment plan for your wristband to the festival. The payment plan option can be selected during the transaction process online.   12. Is there an ACL Mobile App?

  13. Are there different levels of VIP?

    While there are no different levels within VIP, we do offer Platinum Tickets as a separate upgrade from our VIP Tickets. For more information on upgrades, please contact Front Gate Tickets via http://support.frontgatetickets.com or call 888.512.SHOW (7469), and have your original order number ready.

  14. Is there a special entrance for VIP and Platinum guests?

    There are dedicated VIP and Platinum lanes at both the Barton Springs Festival Entrance and the Lady Bird Entrance.

    Platinum guests also have access to a separate festival entrance located on Barton Springs Road between the main Barton Springs Entrance and Robert E. Lee Road.

  15. Is there parking for VIP and Platinum guests?

    VIP parking passes are available for purchase for event days. Anyone who purchases four 3-Day VIP or Platinum Tickets will receive a complimentary parking pass.
