Free shipping. ACL Music Festival Souvenir Ticket orders ship via UPS 2-day Air Spring 2010. SIGNATURE IS REQUIRED FOR DELIVERY. No PO Boxes. UPS will email you tracking # when package ships. Package arrives in UPS envelope. Keep your Order Confirmation email and if you have any questions, email acl@frontgatetickets.com

** PrintPass delivery will be suspended until Spring 2010 **
You will receive an email with instructions to download and print your PrintPass ticket(s) in Spring 2010. If you have problems, please contact acl@frontgatetickets.com and provide your name and order # with a brief explanation of your issue.

** UPS Shipping **
Ticket orders ship via UPS in August-September 2010. Tickets arrive 2 days after being shipped. No Signature Required. UPS emails tracking information when package ships. Package arrives in UPS envelope. Up to 3 delivery attempts will be made by UPS. No PO Boxes. U.S. domestic shipments only. Keep your Order Confirmation email and if you have any questions, email acl@frontgatetickets.com

ACL MUSIC FESTIVAL TICKET/WRISTBAND POLICY

3-DAY PASS TICKET HOLDERS:

3-day ticket holders must exchange their ticket for a 3-day wristband
Wristbands MUST be worn for entry into the Festival and are allowed re-entry
Wristbands MUST be worn securely on wrist and cannot be slipped on and off
Wristbands are NON-TRANSFERABLE, NON-EXCHANGEABLE and NON-REPLACEABLE
Do NOT remove, stretch or tamper with your wristband in any way or you will not be allowed entry
Lost or stolen wristbands WILL NOT be replaced
Subsequent and/or multiple presentations of a counterfeited wristband are VOID and will be seized by Festival security staff
If your wristband is removed by Festival security/event staff for any reason, it WILL NOT be replaced

THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS WRISTBAND POLICY

SINGLE DAY TICKET HOLDERS DO NOT RECEIVE A WRISTBAND

SINGLE DAY TICKET HOLDERS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO RE-ENTER THE FESTIVAL

ALL TICKET HOLDERS MUST PASS THROUGH SECURITY AND ARE SUBJECT TO BAG INSPECTION. PROHIBITED ITEMS WILL BE CONFISCATED BY EVENT STAFF

Important Ticket information:

Customer assumes all responsibility for allowing others to access PrintPass and is soley responsible to ensure ticket is not duplicated. Only the FIRST PrintPass presented and scanned at the entry gate grants admission. Subsequent and multiple presentations of the same PrintPass are VOID and will be considered counterfeit and seized by Festival security staff.
Only tickets purchased through Front Gate Tickets are valid. If you purchased from an unauthorized source and/or the ticket is counterfeit, you will need to purchase a ticket at the Box Office.
Lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced. You will need to purchase a ticket at the Box Office.
All ticket sales are FINAL – no refunds or exchanges.

Ticket Terms and Conditions

Rain or Shine. Ticket is for ACL Music Festival, not for a specific artist. Artists and times subject to change. No refunds/exchanges. Tickets lost or stolen cannot be replaced. The ticket is a revocable license for the time listed. "Management" means C3 Presents, LLC, and their affiliates. Management reserves the right without the refund of any portion of the ticket purchase price, to refuse admission or to eject any person who fails to comply with the rules of the venue, local, state or federal law or whose conduct is deemed illegal, disorderly, or offensive by Management. Persons entering the facility are subject to search for contraband, alcohol, controlled substances, weapons, firearms, fireworks, video equipment, or professional recording devices, which are expressly forbidden, and subject to confiscation. Ticket user bears all risks of personal injury incidental to the event, whether occurring before, during or after the event. Ticket user bears all risks, including cancellation of the event and of inclement weather. The resale or attempted resale of the ticket higher than that appearing hereon is prohibited and if discovered will result in the ticket being voided without refund. This ticket may not be used for advertising promotion (including contests and sweepstakes), or other trade purposes with the express written consent of Management. Ticket user consents to Management's use of your image or likeness incidental to any video display, transmission, or recording of the event. No pets are allowed except service animals.

PrintPass Terms & Conditions:
This electronic ticket ("PrintPass") is subject to Front Gate Tickets' & the producers of ACL Music Festival’s Terms of Use, Terms of Ticket Sales and Terms of PrintPass Sales, each available at www.frontgatetickets.com and www.austincitylimits.com; Please review each. PrintPass customer assumes all responsibility for allowing others access to PrintPass and is solely responsible to ensure ticket is not duplicated. Only the first of each PrintPass copy or print-out that is presented and scanned for admission at Zilker Park will be valid for admission. PrintPass must be presented in full and complete state, do not rip, tear, or cut - it may be considered VOID. Faxed or copied versions of PrintPass are not valid. You must bring original printout of PrintPass with you to Zilker Park for admission to ACL Music Fest. Event takes place rain or shine. Artists and times subject to change. No refunds or exchanges. PrintPass purchaser/user bears all risk including cancellation of the event and of inclement weather. The resale or attempted resale of this ticket at a price higher than that appearing hereon is grounds for seizure and cancellation without compensation. PrintPass is only valid if purchased from Front Gate Tickets. Do not purchase PrintPass from unauthorized sources as they may be lost, stolen or counterfeit, and if so, are VOID.
