2011 Greening Efforts
The Austin City Limits Music Festival continues to be one of the most environmentally friendly events in the world. We take a considerable amount of pride in the efforts of our fans in maintaining the integrity of Zilker Park over the course of the weekend.
See how you can help out during the Festival by reading into our Rock & Recycle Program.
ACL Festival provides a great opportunity for patrons to learn about local and nationwide organizations whose mission is to educate, inform and inspire. For fair-trade and eco-friendly items (including gluten-free options!), check out the HOPE Farmer’s Market.

Guests and their belongings are subject to search upon entry or re-entry. You can help keep the lines moving quickly by leaving large bags at home.

If contemplating what monetary currency to bring, consider the following facts:
There are ATMs at several locations throughout the festival grounds with applicable service fees. Some vendors accept credit cards, such as the Festival’s Merchandise tent.
Security & Safety
We are making every effort to create a safe and secure environment on the Festival grounds. On-site security will be provided by the Austin Police Department, the Parks & Recreation Department police and a private security company.
Emergency medical staff will be available on site. If you need any assistance, go to the medical tent, or look for a police officer or Festival staff member.

Coming to the festival with a youngster in tow? Take advantage of our free Tag-a-Kid service. Stop by the Tag-a-Kid booth where we will take down your contact information and give your child a specially numbered wristband. Should the two of you get separated, we’ll have a way to reconnect you.
Food & Art
We create a Festival experience that is about more than just music.
The Austin Eats Food Court is home to yummy food, drinks, and snacks from local favorite eateries.
The SoCo Art Market features art, crafts items, and cool merchandise from the Austin creative community.

Wi-Fi Hot-Spots this year are being provided by Google+. You can connect for free in front of the Google+, AMD, and Bud-Light Stages, and at the Google+ Lounge, Food Court, and Rock Island Hideaway. All locations are marked on the Official Map with a Wi-Fi icon.

After the Festival
Lost & Found
During the Festival, return lost items or look for lost items at the Lost & Found booth on site. After the Festival, you can inquire about lost items here. Valuables will be held for 30 days and then given to a local charity. C3 Presents will not be held liable for any unclaimed items.
Post-Festival Gatherings
Is your party an unlawful gathering? The City of Austin has various permit requirements for public assemblies to ensure the safety of participants.
