ACL Festival takes place on 46-acres in Zilker Park, the crown jewel of Austin’s public green spaces. It plays host not only to 130-plus artists from across the globe, but amazing local eats and wares, fun for the kiddos, green goings-on, and other cool activities to entertain you for six magical days.

Austin is known for its food and The Austin City Limits Festival is no different. With the signature Hot & Crunchy Chicken Cone from The Mighty Cone, vegetarian or gluten-free considerations and far from funnel cakes or turkey legs, Austin Eats showcases only the most premier Austin restaurants. The Austin Eats Food Court is currently seeking Austin-area restaurants and food businesses to participate at both 2013 Festivals. The Austin Eats Application is available until May 31, 2013. |
ART MARKET

The ACL Art Market is located right in the center of Zilker Park and all booths are open throughout the duration of the Festival. From accessories and head gear to boots and posters, ACL Festival attendees can browse a quality selection of goods from dozen of local artisans. There is even an Official ACL Festival Boutique Store where you can buy limited edition specialty items, and a General Store for last minute necessities. Want to purchase something, but don’t want to lug it around? You can ship your purchases direct from the Festival’s shipping center, located in the ACL Art Market. Austin Kiddie Limits presented by H-E-B is family-friendly fun for all! It’s chock-full of rockin’ good stuff guaranteed to make kids of all ages move, groove, and sing-along. Plus, kids 10 and under get in free with a ticket holding adult! Austin Kiddie Limits will be open from 11:00AM to 4:30PM daily. The Austin City Limits Music Festival strives to mitigate its impact on the environment. We take a considerable amount of pride in the efforts of our fans in maintaining the integrity of Zilker Park over the course of the weekend.

Guests and their belongings are subject to search upon entry or re-entry. You can help keep the lines moving quickly by leaving large bags at home.

- Umbrellas (small hand-held style)
- Soft-sided coolers (small sized only, approx. 10"L x 7"W x 7"H)
- Baby Strollers
- Portable/collapsible chair (individual units only; no "double-wide" connecting chairs)
- Regular-size/unframed backpacks
- Two factory sealed water bottles up to 1 liter each
- Empty CamelBak
- Empty plastic or aluminum water bottle
- Ice in soft-sided cooler or CamelBak (small sized cooler only; approx. 10"L x 7"W x 7" H)
- Binoculars
- Personal camera equipment, i.e. digital cameras, point-&-click digital cameras or film cameras. No detachable lenses of any kind.

DISABILITY ACCESS & ACCOMMODATIONS
ACL Festival wants to ensure that all fans can enjoy the show. A comprehensive overview of the 2013 Access Program will be posted closer to the Festival. In the meantime, feel free to write access@aclfestival.com with any questions.
CASH & CREDIT CARDS
There are ATMs at several locations throughout the festival grounds with applicable service fees. Some vendors accept credit cards, such as the Festival’s Merchandise tent.
SECURITY & SAFETY
We are making every effort to create a safe and secure environment on the Festival grounds. On-site security will be provided by the Austin Police Department, the Parks & Recreation Department police and a private security company.
Emergency medical staff will be available on site. If you need any assistance, go to the medical tent, or look for a police officer or Festival staff member.
TAG-A-KID
Coming to the festival with a youngster in tow? Take advantage of our free Tag-a-Kid service. Stop by the Tag-a-Kid booth where we will take down your contact information and give your child a specially numbered wristband. Should the two of you get separated, we’ll have a way to reconnect you.
FOOD & ART
We create a Festival experience that is about more than just music.
The Austin Eats Food Court is home to yummy food, drinks, and snacks from local favorite eateries.
ACL is now seeking Austin-area restaurants and food businesses to participate in the Austin Eats Food Court. The Application is available until May 31, so don't wait!
The ACL Art Market features art, crafts items, and cool merchandise from the Austin creative community.

Volunteer InformationVolunteers play a key role in the experience of the Festival. From the moment fans arrive until the last guest exits the park, ACL volunteers are actively engaged, bringing the Festival experience to life. The application to join the ACL team will be available in early July, along with a description of volunteer roles.
If you're looking for more responsibility, the Volunteer Team Lead application will be posted soon, so stay tuned!

LOST & FOUND
During the Festival, return lost items or look for lost items at the Lost & Found booth on site. Valuables will be held for 30 days and then given to a local charity. C3 Presents will not be held liable for any unclaimed items.
POST-FESTIVAL GATHERINGS
Is your party an unlawful gathering? The City of Austin has various permit requirements for public assemblies to ensure the safety of participants.
