English soul man Jamie Lidell first shimmied onto the scene in 1997 with his Freakin the Frame EP, but it wasnt until his second full-length, 2005s Multiply, that he truly caught fire. Though buoyed by rave reviews netting him comparisons to the likes of Prince, Stevie Wonder, Sly Stone and even Little Richard and introduced to the American mainstream via the title tracks use on TVs Greys Anatomy and the ubiquitous Target commercials featuring the same albums A Little Bit More Lidell impressed most of all onstage, proving to be as eclectic and inventive in front of a live audience as he is in the studio. And with his new album, Jim, hitting stores in April, hell have plenty of new songs to perform at Austin City Limits including the irresistible lead single, Little Bit of Feel Good.
